Danielle

kids and family yoga

Danielle is a dedicated and passionate yoga instructor with a rich educational background and diverse professional experience. She is a certified yoga teacher, having completed a rigorous 240-hour training program that equips her with the skills to guide students through their yoga journeys. Additionally, she holds certifications as an Early Childhood Educator Assistant and a Health Care Aide, enabling her to bring a holistic and nurturing approach to her teaching. Her professional journey is as varied as it is enriching.

 

She has worked internationally as an Au Pair in Italy, where she immersed herself in a new culture and developed a deep appreciation for the importance of family and community. Her experience also includes working in child-minding centers with GoodLife Fitness, where she provided care and engaging activities for children while their parents attended fitness classes. She has also led summer day camps, creating educational and fun experiences for children.

 

One of her notable achievements was serving as the first team lead of Altea Active's Active Kids Club Centre, where she played a pivotal role in establishing a dynamic and supportive environment for young participants. Outside of her professional life, Danielle is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys spending time with her partner and their pug, Ozzy, exploring the natural beauty of BC. In the summer, she is often found paddle boarding in English Bay, biking around Stanley Park, or visiting various matcha cafes. Her hobbies reflect her commitment to an active and balanced lifestyle, which she strives to incorporate into her yoga practice and teaching.
